Tongue and Groove Milling Services
We offer professional tongue and groove milling services for customers who bring us their own lumber. Simply provide properly dried and dimensioned wood, and our team will machine it with precision to create high-quality tongue and groove boards which are ideal for flooring, paneling, siding, and other custom projects.
Once your lumber arrives at our facility, we inspect each piece to ensure it meets milling requirements. From there, we run the boards through our specialized equipment to create clean, accurate tongue and groove profiles.
Our milling process is carefully calibrated to provide the right amount of tolerance, allowing the boards to fit together smoothly without excessive force during installation. Throughout production, each plank is handled and monitored to ensure consistent quality so your material leaves our shop ready for a seamless install.
Treating Services Only
We offer Pressure treatment only services or TSO to customers who wish to supply their own lumber. We treat every TSO order with the exact same standards and rigorous quality control that we use for our own products.
